Internet Explorer's printing of maps has been unacceptable since IE8. When are MS going to fix this long standing problem?
Note that in this demo, the attempt to fix IE's printing problems has introduced a bug interactively panning the map - when the map is dragged, new tiles coming into view from the edges of it are not displayed, it is necessary to zoom out and back in again in order to get them displayed.
